Our services, structure and amenities are considered to be exceptional with aiding in the recovery from drug and/or alcohol addiction. Whether you are recently out of rehab wanting to protect your investment with completing the most important step to cope with “the outside world”, are new to recovery living and want a low-cost/highly effective program or have lived in other sober living environments with poor results, you are in the right place!

Our extremely high success rate is attributed to providing an upscale, spacious, serene, environment with complimentary recovery services that helps restore our members to a high quality of life. Listed below is a list of the features and amenities at our Men’s House and Women’s House. Pool Table

There are tons of in-house sports to choose from including the brand-new Pool table in our sports enthusiast, man cave.

Our sports enthusiast members may also enjoy our brand-new; Ping-Pong table, Air Hockey table, Foosball table and Dart Board.

Ping-Pong Table

If you’re a table tennis champion or just like to play Ping-Pong in the stand-up, playback mode, you’re in the right place.

Air Hockey Table

Air Hockey is much safer than the real thing, but doesn’t mean it’s not as competitive.

Members, especially those from snow filled states, enjoy playing on the brand-new air hockey table with the ultra-smooth and hardened GlazeTek play surface which is sturdy enough for even the most aggressive players.

Foosball

The brand-new, regulation size foosball table is a great way to spend time in our man cave.

Resistance & Balance Training

Our members learn new ways of physical fitness exercises such as resistance and balance training when they meet with their personal trainers every month.

Personal fitness trainers assign new physical routines each month to our members throughout several areas of the Lifetime Fitness facility. One of the fitness areas is devoted to resistance training, which not only builds muscle but also builds flexibility and targets muscles many have not used before.

Indoor Swimming Pool

The water is extra cold at the indoor swimming pool due to the amount of heat and sweat swimmers produce during an athletic swim.

Members from the University of Texas (which have produced more olympic gold medals for swimming than any other school) have been known to train at the same pool.

Basketball Courts

Many of our members enjoy the two regulation size basketball courts where they work out at and can pick up a basketball game.

House members and members of the community are available for pick up games almost every day. Basketball is also one of the monthly sporting events our house participates in where we award our members with trophies and put their names on our perpetual plaques so they can visit our house in the future and remind them of their accomplishments.

Weight Room

Even the free weight room in the upscale fitness facility is very clean and has a variety of option to choose from.

Our members receive free fitness membership to Lifetime Fitness so they can work-out together and participate in one of the best fitness facilities in the United States.

Racquetball Courts

Both racquetball courts and squash courts can be reserved by our members for a time that is convenient for them.

Our members have a variety of sports to choose from with membership to Lifetime Fitness (an upscale fitness facility), our seasonal group sports program and our in-house sports tables (ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, and pool table).

Health Cafe On-Site at Membership Gym

After working out at our local upscale fitness facility, our members can enjoy a healthy prepared meal at the on-site health cafe.

The cafe offers a full breakfast (breakfast tacos, fruit, smoothies, etc..), lunch (sandwiches, salads, wraps, tea, etc..), dinner (salmon, ahi tuna, green beans, broccoli, etc..) and snack options (smoothies, juices, power bars, etc..) that are just perfect for replenishing the nutrients with healthy proteins and carbs.

Weight Fitness

Lifting weights is one of the best ways to build muscle, burn calories, decrease stress, lower anxiety and increase positive moods.

There’s also an almost endless amount of exercises that can be performed with free weights, and fitness machines for a robust weight fitness program. Our members receive a monthly gym membership to Lifetime Fitness, the premier fitness facility in Austin, and one of the best fitness centers in the United States.

Locker Room

The state of the art locker room our members enjoy has complimentary towels, personal lockers, a steam room, and a sauna.

The locker rooms help our members prepare for their workouts in a relaxed and upscale atmosphere with full size showers and complimentary body wash and shampoo.

Pilates Studio

Pilates was first developed to assist with recovering from traumatic body injuries. Pilates today is still used to address injuries and to recover.

It is also used to help develop resistance training targeting core body parts. Pilates is a good introduction to fitness exercises or to help heal injured body parts. The state-of-the-art Pilates studio that is included for our members, provides them an excellent opportunity to learn how to heal different body parts both externally and internally.

Spinning Classes

Spinning or indoor bicycle riding is more than just pushing pedals on a wheel. It’s an intense group exercise with video screens, and a motivated instructor.

Members may also participate in exercises off of the bicycle as well to target body parts after building up an amazing cardio exercise. Spinning classes are open to our house members and are free with their membership to Lifetime Fitness.

Free Weights

“Free weights” mean more to our members than their free membership to Lifetime Fitness (located close to our upscale recovery house).

Free weights can also mean, using a boce ball, kettle ball, weight ball, crunch ball, balance board, t-bar, weight bar, and elastic rope bands to incorporate into their workout routine.

Group Exercise Classes

Group exercise is a great way for our members to stay in shape and to develop a healthy lifestyle that compliments their recovery from addictions.

Being active together by participating in almost 100 group exercise classes each week at our local fitness facility or participating in over 300 recovery meetings located throughout Austin, each week, helps our members know that they are part of something much bigger than their problems, in which we are all connected.

Cardio Machines

You can almost bet at any given time of day that one of the cardio machines is available at our upscale fitness center located close to our recovery houses.

Whether its a stair climber, stationary bicycle, treadmill, cross-fit, or elliptical machine their are over 100 to choose from to assist our members with maintaining a healthy, active and productive lifestyle.

Jacuzzi’s, Steam Room & Saunas

Our members can relax in one of three jacuzzi’s, two sauna rooms or a steam room, to help them relieve stress and to wind down after a recovery filled day.

Fitness Studios

Everything from core training to cardio kickboxing is offered in our off-site fitness studios. Members have a large variety of fitness classes to choose from.

Examples of classes include; boot camp, hydro training, CRT, slow burn yoga, barbell strength, F.I.T., vinyasa flow yoga, dance jam, TCX, 50/50, social run, studio cycle, Strike!, Latin fusion, fitness Pilates, hatha yoga, kettle bell, Insanity, no limits circuit, zumba, etc…

Climbing Walls

Overcoming obstacles and living a healthy lifestyle through transformation is the cornerstone of every recovery program.

These principles can be learned and also applied to rock climbing. The indoor three story climbing wall at Lifetime Fitness (where our members receive a complimentary monthly membership) allows them the opportunity to pursue and overcome challenges.

House Amenities

The finest house amenities abound at both the men’s and women’s house. Both environments include upscale amenities making it a wonderful place to rest and relax.
